This is a stick to your ribs & warm-your-soul kind of a breakfast! Great if you have a long morning or going for a run b/c of all the good carbohydrates!
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp. All Natural Peanut Butter
- Stevia & Cinnamon (optional)
- 1 Banana
Cook oatmeal to desired consistency. Add in 1 Tbsp. of both chia & flaxseed with 2 Tbsp. extra water. The chia & flaxseeds will soak up a lot of water..so be generous with the water! Let sit for about 5 minutes & re heat if you want it warm! Stir in peanut butter & slice bananas on top.
